A.R.M.S. is dedicated to offering products that adhere to the requirements of TAA GSA Schedule contracts, ensuring substantial transformation in the United States or manufacturing in a country designated under the Trade Agreements Act.

The A.R.M.S. products in compliance with TAA will be routinely refreshed and made available on the official A.R.M.S. website.

The specified A.R.M.S. cameras, encoders, network video recorders (NVRs), and digital video recorders (DVRs) are devoid of critical components and do not incorporate any system-on-a-chip (SoC) from regions prohibited by the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). They fully comply with GSA schedule regulations. These products are eligible for inclusion in A.R.M.S.’s GSA contracts and are recommended for utilization in U.S. government applications subject to TAA compliance.

This article will outline A.R.M.S. products that adhere to TAA GSA Schedule regulations and have obtained approval for the legal exchange of security components and products.

"TAA" pertains to the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. §§ 2501-2581), designed to promote equitable and transparent international trade. It mandates that the U.S. Government is authorized to procure solely U.S.-made or designated country end-products.

This legislation mandates that contractors provide certification attesting to the compliance of each end-product with relevant requirements. End-products, defined as articles, materials, and supplies intended for public use, encompass items that have undergone manufacturing or substantial transformation in either the United States or a TAA-designated country.

A.R.M.S.'s products, which conform to TAA requirements, are produced in South Korea, and have received approval from the United States Government for procurement and utilization.
